We provide care at our Lewis-Clark Valley Clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 5 pm and on Thursdays from 5 to 8 pm. Tuesdays and Fridays by appointment only. Our Palouse Clinic provides care on Tuesdays by appointment only.

Medical Clinic
Snake River Community Clinic offers primary and preventative care as well as same day care, urgent care and walk-ins. Our clinic offers labs, imaging, and behavioral health services covering prevention, treatment, and recovery services for both mental health and substance use disorders.
Vision Services
We have a variety of free glasses and comprehensive eye exams.
Dental Services
Our free dental clinic offers fillings, extractions, consult for crowns and restorations, Fluoride treatment, cleaning, X-ray and dental referrals.
Medication & Supplies
Snake River Community Clinic offers limited non-controlled substance over-the-counter medications in-house including insulin and diabetic supplies, EpiPen’s (epinephrine), Narcan (Naloxone), medical equipment, and hygiene products.
